Playing Music for the Extended Care Unit

David, Trudy, Macrae, Jaydan, Delanee and Emree played
Christmas music to the extended care unit at the Allen Memorial Hospital. Emree started with the lap harp, Delanee, Jaydan and Macrae all played two songs on the piano, Macrae played the clarinet, David played the trumpet and Trudy played her new penny whistle. The whole family sang a Christmas carol. The old lady in the red sweater wanted us to come back often and said that we made her Christmas. She also said that David was cute. Her daughter also appreciated the program. The lady in the pink outfit kept yelling out of excitement when we played Christmas songs. She had to be escorted out of the room when David played the trumpet because it freaked her out and she wouldn't stop yelling. Allen Memorial Hospital staff and the old folks were very appreciative of our effort to extend some Christmas cheer.

David and Trudy and family performed at our Christmas gathering on Sunday which we all enjoyed. They are a very musically talented family.
